Thinking about Exiting your business?

Earlier in the year, at Bristol’s Entre Conf, as part of a panel session, I spoke about some of the brand pivots and considerations you may need to apply during Exit and how to manage those as part of your Exit Strategy.

It is a topic of discussion that often, we pick up too late, in the process.

At the end of the day it is never too early to start thinking about Exit if that is on your roadmap. Your organisational value will be improved by mitigating any risks, shoring up not only your offering, but your systems, processes and people.

Planning for Exit Event

Which is why Modular have teamed up with some fantastic partners Dial A Geek, HGKC and Simcox Brokers to deliver an event aimed at those business leaders and executives who may be starting to think about Exit or are simply just curious.

Join us and other business leaders at 9.00am – 11.30am on Thursday 30th January 2025 at the Square Works in Bristol, for an interactive World Café style event.

We’ll be exploring key themes around risk management during company Exit – cybersecurity enhancement, compliance, and digital strategy development.

After coffee, pastries and networking we’ll kick off at 9.30am for some table discussions led by our team of facilitators where we will share insights, experiences and thoughts around what Exit looks like, where the risks like and how to effectively and practically mitigate those risks.

At 11.00am we’ll regroup to share comments, actions plans for your business and close the session promptly at 11.30am.
