A large proportion of our portfolio is built using WordPress (so you really need to be super confident and experienced with this CMS).
Familiarity with Umbraco would be useful but is not essential.
WooCommerce experience is the primary requirement. Any experience with Shopify and Magento is a bonus.
& Frameworks
Ideally, you will be familiar with commonly used front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and f back-end technologies, primarily as PHP, with a knowledge of Node.js, or Python being a bonus.

Methodical, organised, you like to approach your workload in a calm and systematic way. Tickets are orderly and kept up to date. You are able to focus, change tact quickly, confidently juggling your workload in line with shifting priorities. Even when under pressure and working to a tricky deadline, or two.
Proactively you solve problems. You see every brief and support ticket as a positive challenge. A means of applying your knowledge and expertise in the most efficient and effective way.
Experienced in our frameworks and stacks, you could confidently get started on a new website project or easily get under the hood of our existing portfolio.
You are constantly horizon scanning. Keeping abreast of new technologies. You are passionate about learning, exploring, researching and innovating. Accessibility, SEO, and Performance best practice is baked into all of your projects.
A confident communicator, you can easily converse with your colleagues, clients and external suppliers, in person, online and via communication platforms like Slack, Basecamp and Assembla.
Previously you will have held a client focused role and understand what it means to deliver good customer service. No doubt you will have also delivered CMS training to clients and be comfortable not just creating products but explaining how they work and how to use them.
You know how to translate wireframes and into slick, seamless, beautiful and easy to use products. Ensuring each product goes smoothly into the live environment.
You will be tenacious in your pursuit of quality and delivering to the scope and with a high attention to detail. We do not need you to be a designer, but an eye for detail is essential. You will be someone who is passionate about creating functional, usable and accessible digital products.
