Our Team

We’re not your typical agency team

In a nutshell, we are a UX design and build agency. We’re not very  glamorous and we don’t like to bang our own drum. We’re much happier, rolling up our sleeves and just getting the job done. Values and people mean so much more to us than chasing a big juicy account.

We’re an odd mix of traditional design talent, customer service, ops, team management and quality assurance. Our backgrounds combine academia, customer service, heritage and publishing. We aim to bring a lot more than just digital to the table.

Our core team currently reside in Bristol. We’re a remote team but get together at least weekly to plot and plan.

We’re a bit of a Tardis. Our core team are supported by a great bunch of developers who are a bit further away in Jaipur in India. Ashish and his 70 strong team have been working with us for over seven years and built  some amazing products – apps, websites, portals, MVPs for clients of all  shapes and sizes. They dovetail perfectly with our processes, but more importantly really reflect our values and enthusiasm for the projects we work on.

Back in the days of ”Office Working”

A small team, we’re big on delivery

Building our project team around you, we develop long-term relationships right from the start. Working side by side, we’ll design and build digital products that look good, feel nice and work well.

You get a project team who has the technical know-how but without the geek. A team of strategic and creative thinkers who bring a wealth of experience across a range of industries.

We know it’s the little things that make a big difference so we make sure together we set realistic goals, and keep you updated on progress so that you know what we know every step of the way.

We promise to make what may feel like a daunting project easier to digest and easier for you to deliver, easier to manage.
